THE EMBASSY OF CANADA: announced the 2024 Canada-Italy Innovation Award

THE PURPOSE OF THE AWARD IS TO STRENGTHEN THE TIES BETWEEN CANADA AND ITALY IN THE MATTER OF INNOVATION: offering the opportunity to members of the Italian ecosystem including start-ups, researchers, scientists or professionals in the creative sector to develop projects of collaboration with Canadian Partners in areas that lead to innovative, inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development.

SPECIFICALLY > THE PRIORITIES OF THE 2024 EDITION ARE THE FOLLOWING:

• RESEARCH: on critical minerals

• GOVERNANCE: in the use of Artificial Intelligence and its ethics

• QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY 

• PREVENTION: of gender violence

• SCIENCE: life and health

THE VALUE OF A PRIZE: can reach up to a maximum of 4,000 Euros.
