 SOCIAL INNOVATIONS  FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE 

SUPPLYING AUTHORITY:

EUROPEAN COMMISSION - DIRECTORATE GENERAL EMPLOYMENT - SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND INCLUSION (DG EMPL)

OBJECTIVE:

PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OR EXPANSION OF INNOVATIVE METHODS/PRACTICES: which have proven successful in other contexts, countries or regions, or in previous experiments.

FINANCEABLE ACTIONS

PROJECTS MUST AIM AT THE DEVELOPMENT: of the skills of vulnerable young people, and in particular those who neither work nor attend education or training courses (NEET), re-introducing them into learning and aiming for their integration into the labor market.

RECIPIENTS:

YOUNG PEOPLE: With early school dropouts;

YOUNG PEOPLE: Qualified without work experience;

YOUNG PEOPLE: Economically inactive

YOUNG PEOPLE: With disabilities or other health problems;

YOUNG PEOPLE: Coming from disadvantaged or minority backgrounds

YOUNG PEOPLE: victims of discrimination.

ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES

EU 27: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania , Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

ELIGIBLE ENTITIES

THE NOTICE IS ADDRESSED TO LEGAL ENTITIES ESTABLISHED IN EU COUNTRIES > SUCH AS:

NGOs/Third Sector Bodies/Volunteering/Youth

Local and Regional Authorities

Employment Centers - Public Employment Services (PES) - Employment Agencies

Schools - Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers,

Companies - Social partners - Representative bodies linked to the labor market, including chambers of commerce and other trade associations,

Agencies responsible for the validation of skills,

Centers and Research Institutions on lifelong learning,

Associations and Representatives of Bodies involved in VET,

Providers of Orientation Services - Consultancy and Information related to lifelong learning.

Public and private financiers.

》》》AVAILABLE FINANCIAL ENDOWMENT: 9,000,000 Euros.

AMOUNT OF THE CONTRIBUTION

THE EU CONTRIBUTION: can cover up to 80% of the total eligible costs of the Project.

THE SUBSIDY REQUESTED MUST BE BETWEEN 200,000 and 700,000 EUROS.

METHODS AND PROCEDURES FOR SUBMISSION

PROJECTS MUST BE SUBMITTED: By a Consortium made up of at least two entities (the applicant or project coordinator + at least one co-applicant) from different EU States.

WRITING LANGUAGE OF THE FORM

CANDIDATES ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT THEIR PROJECT PROPOSAL: in English in order to facilitate the processing of applications and start the evaluation process as soon as possible. However, proposals in all other official EU languages ​​will be accepted. In this case, questions must be accompanied by a summary in English.
